Life update: prints!

Yesterday I received new ink cartridges for my home printer and decided to give it a try in glossy photo paper, cos' some months ago it printed horribly bad two images i had to do for uni assingments. But yesterday they came out pretty good! Not as good as in a professional printer, but they look nice :)

First I thought to make a physical portfolio with the images, but as they are not so professional looking, i may use them to bring my new room to life. For those who didn't know, i'm moving this thursday to granada (south of spain) to take a professional photography course, and i'll be living at a student's flat. My flatmates are older than me (30 years), but one of them is a model, so it will be awesome as I'll be able to take some pics of her for my portfolio ^^

I've also updated some prints at my untapped source store, but they still have to be approved. When they're finally up, i'll make a quick update just to let you know :)

I'm not going to have internet for a while, so until then, take care everyone!

Second  version of this illustration. I finally attempted to paint light and shadows with Photoshop, so as to give a more fantasy feeling to it. I still need to keep practicing to improve, cos' i really love this technique :)

On Sunday I met two friends to take some pictures in the fields. One was going to be the model, and the other one the light assistant, but finally I took pictures of her too :) It's been such a long time since I last took pictures of a model! I may take some selfs soon. And today I'm meeting a friend living in London, that has come to visit for some days, and I may take pictures of him too (my first time shooting males!). Wish me some luck!

Life Update

It's been such a long time since I last wrote here. I've been taking a deserved rest after graduating, and meeting some old friends, before I leave. Weeks are starting to pass so quickly that I'm starting to feel anxious: I haven't done anything yet.

Well, I'm working on some commissioned works for a photographer and need to organize test shoots with friends and aspiring models, so i can practice a bit. First I have to search for nice locations... I can't wait to take my camera outside and start shooting, as well as I can't wait to start my photography course ^^

I think I'm gonna take some stock pictures of friends and myself, and start introducing some painting in my photomanips. My works really need to evolve :)

Apart from that, I think i'm going to work on some premade backgrounds, actions, etc, and try to sell them at low prices. But slowly. I have some things to do first.

I feel so lazy these days...
